Hi there! I’m Dr. Alevtina Malakova (Dr. Tina for short), a general dentist with experience in clinical care, dental office systems, team workflow, practice operations, and domain expertise in dental X-ray annotations and workflow for AI software development. Over the years, I’ve seen that many dentists need not only clinical knowledge, but also practical guidance on the everyday realities of dentistry. My goal as a mentor is to be a supportive resource for dentists who want help thinking through questions related to practice flow, communication, team structure, career direction, and the non-clinical side of the profession. I aim to offer real-world insight, honest perspective, and practical guidance that helps dentists feel more confident in their next steps, drawing from my experience as a practice owner, associate dentist, and my training in dental management.
