I am a former practice owner who has spent the past several years working closely with dentists on some of the most important decisions in their careers, especially around practice ownership and transitions. Having personally gone through buying, operating, and improving a practice, I understand how complex these decisions can be. Many of the real challenges only become clear once you are in the process, whether it is evaluating an opportunity, improving systems, or planning the right exit. Alongside the business side, I also bring experience in complex restorative dentistry, including anterior implants and full arch cases. I enjoy helping dentists think through treatment planning, sequencing, and decision making in more involved cases where multiple factors need to be considered. My approach is practical and grounded in real experience, focused on helping you see situations clearly and move forward with more confidence.
